Dr. Cricket Meehan is the Executive Director of the Ohio School-Based Center of Excellence for Prevention & Early Intervention (SBCOE), the new designation of Miami University’s Center for School-Based Mental Health Programs. She received her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida, and has devoted her career to ensuring that children and the adults who support them are healthy and thriving. She has led the development of comprehensive school-based models including the Student Assistance Program, Staff Wellness Framework, and Behavioral Health & Wellness Coordinator models. To support her own mental health and wellbeing, she enjoys ‘grounding’ while hiking, socializing with friends while playing Pokémon Go, increasing endorphins by throwing a round of disc golf, and practicing mindfulness while kayaking on beautiful days.
Deb Robison, MA, LSW, is the Director of Outreach and Collaboration for the Ohio School-Based Center of Excellence for Prevention & Early Intervention at Miami University. She led multiple community collaborations including the Norwood Community Coalition, Drug and Alcohol Coalition, and Norwood Ready Kids.
Her prior experience includes work with children in foster care, residential treatment, wraparound and family preservation. Deb is a licensed social worker. Glenna S. Edwards, OCPSA, is a Content Specialist at Miami University with the Ohio School-based Center of Excellence for Prevention & Early Intervention. She is the former Supervisor of Family and Student Support Services and the Marketing & Community Engagement Specialist for Norwood City School District. She is the former president and co-founder of the LILYMI Foundation (Live It Like You Mean It) 2005 – 2018. LILYMI began to empower children, youth, and families. Glenna is the author of books Rainbow Bed: a child’s perspective on coping with grief and Mr. Emotions & Friends. She began her career in a day treatment school at what was then called St. Joseph Orphanage. She spent eight years in the middle of her career in client relations, standards, and communication with NetJets/EJMJets. While she followed her heart and returned to Education, the corporate perspective adds to the business process and project management view she brings to mental health and school support services. A passion for youth-led prevention has been one of her key focus areas throughout her career. She mentored or facilitated youth-led prevention groups, support groups, camps, summer learning, and after school clubs for eighteen years. One of her favorite jobs was being an early childhood education SPARK Home Visitor. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and a current Masters in Social Work student at the University of Miami in Oxford, Ohio. Glenna is an avid reader. For fun, she enjoys spending time with her grown (thankfully) children, meditating, walking, or spending time with friends.
