The State of Ohio Adversity and Resilience Study is a first-ever, multi-generational study that will uncover the biological, psychological and social patterns related to mental health. It will give create a playbook for understanding the causes and modifiable risk factors of mental illness, much like we already have for heart disease.
My Life is Worth Living
This is the first animated series for young people about mental health that models the human connection shown to be protective against suicide. The series tells stories of characters who face some of the most difficult issues that young people deal with and shows their evolution in the key decision: that life is worth living.

Eyes Up Appalachia
Eyes Up Appalachia serves the Appalachian Counties of Ohio in an effort to identify, alleviate and prevent human trafficking and those vulnerabilities that put someone at risk for it. We provide education and training, both general and tailored to specific audiences such as law enforcement, healthcare, youth-serving agencies and others that have a more focused need.

The Kindland movement is bringing together communities, businesses, organizations, and schools by recognizing and sharing the acts of kindness around us in an effort to inspire a ground swell of positivity and goodness. Kindland relies on the power of the people to do, recognize, report, and share the acts of kindness happening everyday. Free lesson plans and posters are available on their website. Youth Aware of Mental Health
outh Aware of Mental health, also known as YAM, is a school-based program for young people ages 13 to 17, in which they learn about and explore the topic of mental health. YAM is an evidence-based program taking place in classrooms around the world. Students actively engage with the topic of mental health through role-play and student-led discussions.
